What is my guarantee? What cover do you get? How long to rectify any problems?

These are probably some of the questions you think about when you buy a piece of jewellery but you never ask!

When you have bought a piece of jewellery in the past and it has broken due to manufacturers fault whilst under guarantee, how quick does that jeweller blame you saying "it's your fault, I am going to have to charge you."
YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THAT PROBLEM AT D&L JEWELLERY!
At D&L we offer two guarantees, the first being that we promise to give you an unforgettable service from start to finish whether you require a repair to your jewellery, a battery for your watch, advice on making that dream ring or buying one of our handmade items.

Our second guarantee is customer’s satisfaction which is very important to us, a minimum of 2 years warranty is given when purchasing our jewellery. Including free repairs or replacement on all our jewellery due to manufacturer's fault and free repairs on all our jewellery due to accidental damage.

Our accidental damage warranty includes:
Free labour and free soldering on all bracelets and necklaces. (There may be a charge for material)
Free labour and repairs to all rings, including ring sizing, replacement of claws, and reshaping. (There may be a charge for material) D&L have gone one step further and are giving a free check and polish service on all items purchased for as long as you own that piece of jewellery.
