Making a Purchase

1. When making a purchase online you will need to fill out the contact form and we need to know the item/s you want to purchase, your name, contact phone number, email address, mailing address and method of payment. All information is for purpose of order processing and communications. All the information supplied will be stored in a secure database and kept confidential. The methods of payments we accept are personal cheques, credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Paypal. All payments must be cleared before items are posted out to you.

2. When making a purchase from our premises we accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and cash.

3. All our stock comes with our personal warranty. (See Guarantees page) only refunds will be given if items cannot be replaced due to manufacturers fault.

4. Most of our jewellery is handmade and if the item you require is not in stock, this could take up to 6 weeks to manufacture.

5. Postage charges will be priced at £5.50 special delivery under £100 otherwise any purchase over £100 will be free of charge.
