My lovely fiance purchased a beautiful moss agate engagement ring for me online but the ring arrived and was at least a full size too big. I spent a day with an elastic band around it, followed by a ring clip to help it not fall off! I found Darren online and messaged him for a quote. He offered very reasonable options based on the metal type and asked for images of the ring. He noticed the moss agate and advised that he would use a cooling paste and potentially remove the stone to ensure there would be no damage to the ring. When inspecting it in person, he determined he would be happy to just use the cooling paste and helped me to ensure the correct sizing of the ring. He did the resizing in around 2 hours whilst i went for a coffee which is amazing and upon return the ring fits beautifully and you cannot tell that its been touched at all. He also gave me advice about maintenence and care of the ring to keep it as beautiful as it currently is. I honestly cannot recommend and thank Darren enough for helping me. He is kind and welcoming and has so much knowledge. 10/10 service!
