I contacted D&L jewellery whilst I was away on holiday to organising upsizing my fiancé’s engagement ring. The communication via email was great and Darren couldn’t be more helpful in providing us with information regarding the process and organising an appropriate time. When we returned from holiday and met Darren at the market stall, the ring needed to be upsized more than originally thought. This was a bigger job than expected and understandably would take more than the couple of hours we were hoping it would. However, to our absolute delight, Darren was able to upsize the ring by more than one size in around five hours – meaning we were able to take it to show to our families the same day, which he knew meant a lot to us both.
Darren absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers – and from reading his previous testimonials and reviews I know this isn’t unusual for him. We are so thankful to him for his excellent service – which was not only quick but absolutely perfect. You cannot tell at all the ring has been altered and we’re over the moon with it.
I wouldn’t hesitate at all in future to use D&L jewellery again – thank you so much Darren!
