Having worn it constantly for over 30 years, my wife’s engagement ring was too tight, heavily worn on the setting being all but cut through by her wedding ring, and with claws barely holding the stones. In real danger of snapping and losing the stones out of it, Darren replaced and resized the shank from shoulders, re-set the stones into strong claws and consolidated the whole setting so that the ring was safe again and can be worn confidently again for dress wear (no more gardening in it!). It’s a really solid, great job that thankfully we had done just in time. Darren keep in contact throughout, was very clear in the work required and his costings, and turned it around faster than he estimated.
