My father’s Omega mechanical watch dating from 1960 was becoming sluggish before it was inadvertently left at a friend’s house in North Wales and subsequently damaged whilst in transit back to me. The second hand had become detached and impeded the movement of the minute and hour hands, causing them to lose synchronisation. The quoted cost of repair by Omega was too expensive to contemplate.

Darren was able to not only repair the damage, but also service the watch and replace the mainspring at a price which amounted to around twenty per cent of Omega’s quotation. I am highly delighted with the service received and have no hesitation in recommending Darren and his team for the work they have carried out, all in a friendly, speedy and professional manner. Thank you Darren!
