My boyfriend proposed a few weeks ago but unfortunately the ring didn’t fit. We went back to the jeweller who sent it away, only for it to come back 2 days before a family engagement party still not fitting. I was so upset but after a quick search online I found Darren and sent him a message asking if there was any chance he could resize my ring the following day. Darren got in touch straight away and asked for some information and pictures of the ring then and booked me in for 10am on Friday morning.
When I went to drop the ring off Darren spent time looking at my hand and trying different rings to get the correct size before sending me away to get a coffee. He texted me less than an hour later to say my ring was ready. The ring fitted perfectly just in time for the get together and I can’t thank Darren enough.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone as his knowledge, skill and service are second to none!
